MMBeautyCo is a lash and brow studio based in Upper Coomera, Gold Coast, QLD. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how it’s used and protected.

What we collect

• Booking details: your name, phone number, email address, and any notes you add (e.g. allergies, reference photos, first-time client) when you book an appointment.
• Shop order requests: your name, phone number, and email address when you reserve a product for pickup.
• Contact form messages: your name, email, optional phone number, and message content.

We don’t collect payment details through this site — payment is handled in person, by cash, at your appointment.

How we use it

• To confirm, manage, and remind you about your bookings and orders.
• To send booking confirmations and updates by email and SMS.
• To create a corresponding entry on our private studio calendar so we can prepare for your appointment.
• To respond to messages sent through the contact form.
• To improve and run the studio — we don’t sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services we use

To run the booking system, we use a small number of trusted service providers, each only for the specific job below:

• Google Calendar — to automatically sync confirmed appointments to our private studio calendar.
• Resend — to deliver booking confirmation and notification emails.
• Twilio — to deliver booking confirmation and notification SMS messages.
• Vercel and Neon — to host this website and securely store booking data.

These providers only receive the information needed to perform their specific function (e.g. your email address to send a confirmation email) and are bound by their own privacy and security standards.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and order records for as long as reasonably needed to run the studio (e.g. for appointment history and client care) and delete or de-identify information on request — see below.

Children’s privacy

This website and our services are intended for adults booking beauty appointments and are not directed at children.
